Gratitude

What is the first thing you think of when you wake up every morning?  What makes you smile? What brings you happiness? Your answers to those questions are just some of the things in your life that you are most thankful for.  It is so important to wake up with a grateful heart every day. Imagine how much better the world would be if we all thought more about the good and less about the bad.

 

Each member of your squad should be so thankful to be a part of something that brings people joy!  Our goal as cheerleaders and dancers should be to make others happy. In addition to being thankful for your team, challenge your girls to be thankful every day.  Whether it’s your family, your friends, your school, or even the little things in your life, you always have something to be thankful for.  

 

Make it a habit to start every morning with an expression of gratitude!  Remember to think of the positive things, and the rest will fall into place
